HELLIWELL COMPLETED PROJECT UPDATE

Westwood Projects have completed the Helliwell Flowers project located in Southampton. Helliwell Flowers trades as an Importer, Wholesaler and Distributor of fresh cut flowers, pot plants, garden plants and floral sundries.

Delivering to Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, and West Sussex daily and regularly ship goods to the Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight.

Summary of the fit-out works:

We are pleased to announce that the installation works of mezzanine flooring for Helliwell Flowers based in Southampton had a quick turn around  as the project was time critical for the client leading up to valentines day as this is their peak season.

The mezzanine floor received 60-minute fire protection to the underside to satisfy Building Regulations, with the application being submitted and managed in-house by Westwood Projects through their partnership with Local Authority Building Control.

Specialist lifting equipment was required to enable the mezzanine floor structure to be installed over the top of the existing office and welfare facilities.

Works were completed in 6 days and has gained Helliwell Flower an additional 130m2 of workspace.
